Abstract
결론
치아우식과 관련된 미생물의 분포를 조사할 목적으로 구강내 다발성치아우식증을 가진 3세
-6세 사이의 유치열기 아동 21명을 대상으로 치태내 S. mutans와 Lactobacillius의 분포를
조사한 결과 다음의 결론을 얻었다.
1. S. mutans는 모든 아동의 치면에서 분리되었으며 구강내에서 배양가능한 총세균의
3.75%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났고, 건전치면에서보다 우식치면에서 더 많이 존재하였다
(p<0.05).
2. Lactobacillus는 조사대상 아동의 모든 치면으로부터 분리되었고 구강내에서 배양가능한
총세균의 1.75%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 건전치면보다 우식치면에 더 많이 존재하였
다 (p<0.05).

With a purpose of elucidation the causative relationship between specific oral bacterial
species and rampant dental caries, the distributions of S. mlitans and Lactobacillus in
dental plaque from 21 children with rampant dental caries in the primary dentition were
examined.
The following results were obtained .
1. S. mutans was detected in the plaque of all children and the distribution to total
cultivable oral microorganism wes 3.75%, and it was significantly higher (P<0.05) in
plaque taken from carious surface than from sound surface.
2. Lactobacillus was detected in the plaque of all children and the distribution to total
cultivable oral microorgaism was 1.75% and it was significantly higher(P<0.05) in plaque
taken from carous surgace than from sound surface.
